Elizabeth Kuiper is Associate Director at the European Policy Centre, a think tank based in Brussels. 

She focuses on policies that promote societal resilience and sustainability — including gender equality — and works to mainstream social investment in key areas such as healthcare and affordable housing.

In addition, she is engaged in exploring the intersection between pharmaceutical policy, industrial strategy, and economic security.
